OUR STAFF

Our staff provide the perfect environment, with carefully planned activities and encouragement to help them develop to their full potential.
All our staff are up to date with First Aid, Safeguarding and Prevent Training. They also attend regular Continuous Professional Development courses in different areas such as Makaton taster sessions, Working with 2 year olds, Mark Making, Speech and Language and more.
Our SENCO( special educational needs and/or disabilities coordinator) works closely with The local inclusion development officer, to ensure that our provision provides children with SEND the support they need.

“Hi! I’m Charlotte and I’m a triplet and have always lived in Much Hadham. I attended pre-school as well as St Andrew’s school. I enjoy going for walks around the village with my dogs. I also have Runner Ducks, Chickens, Fish, Cockatiel, Budgies, Cats, and a Tarantula. I started in June 2019 and really enjoy working at Pre-school.”
